Members of the club will not be published on the club’s website.

The club’s Public Officer will continue to maintain a register of members of the club specifying the name and postal address of each person who is a member of the club together with the date on which the person became a member, in accordance with the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act, 1984.

The register of members must be made available for inspection by any member of the club in accordance with the requirements of the Act.

A separate list of members and contact details will be kept by the Secretary.

To enable the members to get to know each other the Secretary will email the list of members including new members and contact details to the members of the club;

The email addresses of members will not be included in any electronic mail or attachments thereto from the club without the consent of that member.
